Hisar. Situated 164 Km west to Delhi on the National Highway 10 , Hisar

Hisar has very hot summers and very cold winters. The maximum day
temperature during the summer varies between 40 and 46 degree celsius.

universities. Guru Jambheshwar University is Haryana's first technical
university. Department of Printing Technology, GJU is India's first
government run institute providing Bachelors Degrees in Printing
Technology. HARSAC or Haryana Remote Sensing Centre is situated inside
the agriculture university.

Singh Agriculture University, also called Hissar Agricultural
University, which was an extension of the Punjab Agriculture
University, Ludhiana.
