Last month i had booked a house relocation with eleplace. they took all stuff and increased the bill by double fold. we tried all the ways to convince packers movers but no one listens. THEY USE THIRD PARTY VENDORS and roadside helpers. No help provided by eleplace.

On account of my shifting, they have picked up Roadside persons for relocation who are not at all have even sense of Packing etc. I have made contact for my de-installation & re-installation of AC, Geyser etc. They have sent all rubbish and rude persons. At the time of installation of Geyser they pierced the inner waterline and as a result our flat was almost under ankle height of water and we have to clean it ourselves and the repairing cost of damaged pipeline cost was Rs.6,000/ which I have paid. Moreover at the time of final payment, they have charged Rs.4,000/ more and under pressure, I have also paid that. Overall the worst relocator I have ever seen.

I had used their services for shifting my things to Chennai from Mumbai.. and experienced the worst nightmare. firstly, there will be and delay with no communication. If you reach out to them, you will be given different nos to be contacted. where all they will say is "They will call you back in 5 minutes" which will never happen.. and when you do get a response ..they will say they don't know when things would reach. Secondly, your stuff is are not in good hands. My TV screen, washing machine, almirah, microwave dressing table - majorly damaged.where I will have to get a new one. They donot have transportation to out station so will be sent through a third party courier...so in the end, no one will take responsibility. If you planning to relocate outstation and really care about your things. don't use their services
