The extensive connectivity between two of the major cities of India will also give a major push to travel and tourism. The 20 hours long journey will be cut down to just 12 hours, which is a huge relief for people who constantly travel between the two cities for multiple reasons.
In an exclusive interview, Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Mr. Nitin Gadkari, also informed how the expressway would provide a major surge to the real estate and infrastructure department. The lifeless land will now have demand, and road connectivity to some rural areas between the two cities will now see life blooming around them.
Lastly, according to the statics, the new expressway will ease logistics trade between the two cities. It is not just possible but much easier now for people to send parcels or shift their homes from anywhere between Delhi to Mumbai since the infrastructure is also sprouting because of the same reason. It is predicted that Delhi Mumbai Expressway is paving the way for more extensive and fruitful projects in the country that will subsequently change the phase of multiple sectors.
