Worst Service ever and don't recommend to anyone, during discussion they will tell some other price and once your goods will dispatch they will ask for extra payment. Such company should be shut down. They are very unprofessional after requesting again again they did not give my parcel due to which there is huge penalty on my sister . There is no customer care to whom to talk. Their delivery boys do not even care about your complaints. There is boy named Sachin (9687300212) he lied to us and charged us 3 times more and even after they threatened my sister that he will complaint to the police. From Beginning they kept cheating. For insurance they took 4000 and did not shared a copy of it. These kind of fraudulent company should be shut down. A humble request to you all readers pl don't use this site. they are cheaters they cant keep their commitment. what has happened to me should not happen with others.

My sincere request - please never ever use the services of this company. Very unprofessional, change the rates when the luggage is in packed condition when you cant even say no, enormous delays in sending the stuff, condition in which cargo is delivered is horrible. Lot of items missing. Plus no method for claiming the refund. I have lost a lot by taking their services. Please please do not repeat their mistakes. Special mention for Mr Ranjit and Mr Rahul who are the most unprofessional people I have seen. Very disgusting.I gave 21000/- but still they don't sent my house hold items after 2month I take help of police then they return my goods but only refund 4k.please don't take their services

Very bad. No responsibility. My household items totally damaged. Insurence and gst colected but not paid. The will contact in various names like rahul, ranjit, pankaj, devender, Sahil, sonu etc. I am going to file complaint in consumer court. Initially they said for 4 cartoon charge will be 5-6k . But After packing there are 5 and half cartoon and they toook 9350 inr including gst.Now i keep asking for receipt and they are not providing any.Even they said they will send my luggage immediately now they dont have vehicles ready.They are not even responding properly.I have to wait till today then file complaint have no other option
