Worst than worst experience I had with Alfa movers and packers.spacially the guy named Virender.I have not seen a fraud person like him in my life.For getting the order he will talk very sugar coated but once he get the order,suddenly changes everything-hus behaviour,his way of talking etc.We have relocated from goregaon,mumbai to Pune. In my case He told us that he will bring big lorry so that it each n everything will be accomodated in it but at the time of shifting he sent a very small lorry and overloaded it with our goods,inspite of our refusal to not to load it he has not listened a single word from us n the vehicle was out of the order,he then promised us to repair it n deliver the same day ,but again the vehicle was nit working ,When we called him for the delivery ,he said it's not possible to deliver today so will deliver 2marrow morning,again next day morning he has not repaired the vehicle,we have called him asked for the delivery and also for change in the vehicle but he refused to do so ,also we have taken an insurance,He has taken the GST also on the same(total 2500+3150),but no receipt sent to us after the delivery on next day evening,he has promised us after the unloading of our goods only the total cost should be paid but Virender was demanding full money when he entered their warehouse in Pune when we refused to do so he was scaring us saying he will leave all goods in the warehouse not delivering us,do whatever u can do this is how his words were.Very very unprofessional and a fraud he is.It a kind request to all of u Don't go for Alfa movers and packers in any condition and the person called virender.He has harrassed us mentally and in terms of financially.He asked us to give 15000 and added the GST,insurance so total ammount he charged was 20150.Also our fridge was not working from the moment the day he has delivered the Fridge,so we asked him for the insurance claim but he again refused.they have packed everything from Mumbai on 22nd March 2024, today is 29th March 2024 still he has not given any receipt fir us now he is not responding to any call and msg.Such a fraud and humiliating person he is. Don't book Alfa packers and movers any way ,anytime anywhere u r and in any condition,I must say a hell experience for me
