I booked relocation services with this company on March 17, 2024. For booking the services I was asked to pay Rs. 6000/- in advance. I paid the advance amount online and my booking was confirmed through email. on March 26, 2024 I received a message on Whats App messenger that the team will arrive between 9:00 - 10:00 AM on March 27, 2024 for the relocation. I took off from office and was waiting for the team to arrive on the scheduled date and time. To my shock and surprise, I received a call in the morning of March 27, 2024 by the team of this company that shifting can only be done next day i.e. on March 28, 2024. Since I already made a commitment to my existing landlord to vacate the house on that date, I was not in a position to accept the change in date and time of shifting. I asked the person calling me to cancel my booking and refund my advance payment. Immediately thereafter I received a call from one Mr. Pramod who informed me that he will arrange my relocation by afternoon of March 27, 2024. After an hour I again got a call from Mr. Pramod and he informed that since all labours are travelling to their home town due to Holi, it is only possible to start the shifting on March 28, 2024. As mentioned above, since I was not in a position to accept the change in date of my relocation, I requested him to cancel my booking and refund the advance amount so that I can arrange some other agency to do this relocation. I was assured by Mr. Pramod that my money will get refunded. After a repeated follow ups on Whats App messenger and phone calls, I was informed today that a penalty will be levied for the cancellation and for which INR 4000/- will get deducted from the advance and only INR 2000/- will get refunded. I feel cheated looking at the response by the company. Eleplace failed to meet the timeline of relocation due to which I had to request for a cancellation. It was never my fault. I booked the services through MyGate application, looking at the online testimonial of their work. However, now I feel that this company uses the gullible customers like to gain unlawfully since it is impossible to meet them in person for any interaction. It is an online fraud committed by this company to make illegal money.

Last month i had booked a house relocation with eleplace. they took all stuff and increased the bill by double fold. we tried all the ways to convince packers movers but no one listens. THEY USE THIRD PARTY VENDORS and roadside helpers. No help provided by eleplace.
On account of my shifting, they have picked up Roadside persons for relocation who are not at all have even sense of Packing etc. I have made contact for my de-installation & re-installation of AC, Geyser etc. They have sent all rubbish and rude persons. At the time of installation of Geyser they pierced the inner waterline and as a result our flat was almost under ankle height of water and we have to clean it ourselves and the repairing cost of damaged pipeline cost was Rs.6,000/ which I have paid. Moreover at the time of final payment, they have charged Rs.4,000/ more and under pressure, I have also paid that. Overall the worst relocator I have ever seen.
