This is one of the worst experiences, I will write my experience here,and you can judge easy cargo is worst or best: 1. I have read reviews here, thought it will be good. They came on time to pack my stuffs and as per my stuff quantity I thought it will be fit into 4-5 box but they packed it in 8 boxes. And they were just picking the stuffs and throwing in the box, which means it will contain more spaces. I thought why are they doing this but didn't say anything and in the result it became 8 boxes. 2. They cahrged me for 8 boxes plus insurance and took gst on the insurance money as well. 3.On 13th morning I gave my stuff and they promised that it will be reached by 16 or maximum 17. But it didn't reach. 4. From 16 I was calling and messaging him, but either he didn't respond or reply that will tell you the timing of reaching. On 17th he said it has reached in your city tonight, you will receive tomorrow and tell the time tomorrow. But still it didn't come. He was not picking up my call and then I called him on their official landline number,then he said will give delhivery person number, which he was saying since last two days but didn't gave. In the end he gave the number and the delivery person said that this easy cargo person send my stuff to them on 17th so it will be departed from there on 19 and will reach in 3-4 days. I asked about it to easy cargo,and he said another thing. Hence for 3-4 days I was bothered due to his lie and not responding properly. 5. My stuff came on 22nd evening and it had 4 box only, when I asked about this the easy cargo person said it contains all my stuff but it repacked in 4 boxes. That means it could be into 4 boxes,but he took charges for 8 boxes by packing in my house, and he didn't inform me at all that he is going to repack it. 6. My oils and liquid products were running a lot of products were destroyed. While packing in my house I clearly instructed that don't mix kitchen and bathroom stuffs but when I received it,all things were mixed. 7.Now you can judge their service. My suggestion is never pay full amount in the first time and pack your stuff yourself so that they don't increase the charge.

On account of my shifting, they have picked up Roadside persons for relocation who are not at all have even sense of Packing etc. I have made contact for my de-installation & re-installation of AC, Geyser etc. They have sent all rubbish and rude persons. At the time of installation of Geyser they pierced the inner waterline and as a result our flat was almost under ankle height of water and we have to clean it ourselves and the repairing cost of damaged pipeline cost was Rs.6,000/ which I have paid. Moreover at the time of final payment, they have charged Rs.4,000/ more and under pressure, I have also paid that. Overall the worst relocator I have ever seen.

Last month i had booked a house relocation with eleplace. they took all stuff and increased the bill by double fold. we tried all the ways to convince packers movers but no one listens. THEY USE THIRD PARTY VENDORS and roadside helpers. No help provided by eleplace.
