The packing of goods was done very professionally. The vehicle they used for moving was well-spaced to load all my goods. Overall I am very happy with the firm's service.

I tried Agarwal Action for the first time for my move from Coimbatore to Bengaluru. I booked to move my goods on a sharing basis, the pricing was very reasonable compared to others in the market. I was afraid to trust them based on just a website and send my goods. But the owner Surendra Sharma and his assistant Anand were very responsible and sincere in the conversation, so I went ahead with the booking. They arrived a little late but carried on the packing well. The packing was done with my family's guidance to some extent and they took our specifications and preferences into account which was great. They numbered all the packages and stuck large stickers on each with a small description of the items packed inside. All the items were numbered and these details were hand-written in the master list document, a copy was given to us right away after packing so I could check the items upon arrival. I had to pay the entire amount in advance (which seems to be standard), but they asked me to pay the money only when they managed to get a truck to send materials. The truck was available only after 2 days because it was a sharing basis. Finally the travel to Bengaluru and arrival time was very prompt. Since it was late in the night, there were some issues with some neighbours in my apartment. The unloading process was done in complete silence with absolutely no noise. I have never seen a more cooperative unloading. All the items were in great condition, no rough handling. On the whole our experience Surendra Ji and his team at Agarwal Action has been great, we will not think twice about hiring them again. Fully recommend to everyone going through this review.
