My sincere request - please never ever use the services of this company. Very unprofessional, change the rates when the luggage is in packed condition when you cant even say no, enormous delays in sending the stuff, condition in which cargo is delivered is horrible. Lot of items missing. Plus no method for claiming the refund. I have lost a lot by taking their services. Please please do not repeat their mistakes. Special mention for Mr Ranjit and Mr Rahul who are the most unprofessional people I have seen. Very disgusting.I gave 21000/- but still they don't sent my house hold items after 2month I take help of police then they return my goods but only refund 4k.please don't take their services

Very bad. No responsibility. My household items totally damaged. Insurence and gst colected but not paid. The will contact in various names like rahul, ranjit, pankaj, devender, Sahil, sonu etc. I am going to file complaint in consumer court. They steal, delay and damage items and don't pay. Misuse car for personal use

Initially they said for 4 cartoon charge will be 5-6k . But After packing there are 5 and half cartoon and they toook 9350 inr including gst.Now i keep asking for receipt and they are not providing any.Even they said they will send my luggage immediately now they dont have vehicles ready.They are not even responding properly.I have to wait till today then file complaint have no other option

They are fraud, first they will talk to you sweetly but at the time of packing your load they will steal things, my very essential things are missing from my load. And now the guy is talking so rudely and they charge a lot of money too. I'll say they are thieves, fraud

They charged unnecessary high amount. Send us empty boxes. Stole items worth 10000. Please beware of this company.

On 30/1/2020 I sent my 7 luggages AC , Kent , Mixi , Bags , crockery and household things till now I didn't get any of the luggage and now they are not picking up the phone also..this company is fraud and fake how can u work within this type of company plz replay me
