To, Mr. Manoj Kumar Anjani Packers and movers New Alipore Kolkata- 700 053 SUB :CLAIMING OF AMOUNT FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED WHILE SHIFTING FROM SOLAPUR TO KOLKATA SIR, This is to inform you that while shifting from Solapur to kolkata on 18th April several furnitures,clothings and electronic items and idols got damaged from your end. As per your terms and conditions, you are bound to provide the demurrage charges to those clients who have paid the premium for insurance. Even after paying the amount of Rs 9000/- and following up , we haven't received any reply / action regarding demurrage charges of Rs 55000/- from your end, hence you are requested to settle the demurrage amount through insurance for which you had clalimed Rupees 9000/- as insurance premium within 7 days otherwise matter will be taken into the notice of Consumer Court/Forum.
