Was looking for a safe storage house to temporarily store my office devices…didn’t know that this facility exists nearby…inspected it personally and found it safe with adequate space and good security…the company also helped with transportation, loading and unloading.

One of the unprofessional packer and movers in Chennai, 1. Given estimation 2.once the started packing, started informing about increase in charges 3. Gap between who is doing packing at site and exaggerated the things being packed, packed even a bucket as single cartoon packed, 4. Once loaded into the truck, asking/demanding for addl charges like tips 5. After moving out, started saying it may take time for deliery at delivery point as they do not other load to ensure they truck to the location is full, 6. After discussion with customer service they assured of correct date at least change in time of delivery 7. When we contacted the delivery point focal, he started says their office is totally un practical as travel time will be double and delivery boys will be avaiable after 2 days only 7. Finally after 3 days they delivered but with some broken articles, 8. They refused to place it but charged for positioning the large arcticke like berriw and cot, but left at open in rain 9. Demanding tips at the delivery point as well even though they service totally unprofessional So this packers totally unprofessional in their service, some time they talked rude and said what ever possible you do we don't care
