On June 26, 2023, we had a very unpleasant experience with the relocators we hired. The deal was finalized at a price of 6500/-, which was supposed to include packing services at the time of lifting and shifting on an immediate basis. However, to our dismay, they lifted the material without packing it and shifted it to their godown. We tried to contact them for around 4 days, repeatedly requesting photos of the packing and movement of our belongings, but they completely ignored our messages. After several attempts to reach out to them, they finally responded but demanded an additional charge for immediate material movement. Feeling helpless and wanting to resolve the situation quickly, we reluctantly agreed to pay the excess amount and proceeded with the material movement. Unfortunately, when our belongings were finally delivered, they were in a severely damaged condition. We immediately contacted the relocators to discuss the issue of the damage, hoping for a resolution. However, they refused to meet with us and instead threatened to file an FIR (First Information Report) for the pending balance of Rs.1500/-. This situation has left us feeling frustrated and betrayed, as we have already paid the excess amount they demanded and now our belongings have been damaged during the process. We urge the relocators to reconsider their actions and provide a fair resolution for the damage caused to our belongings. We had trusted them to handle our material with care and professionalism, but their behavior and lack of response have been deeply disappointing. We hope they will take responsibility for their actions and work towards resolving this matter amicably.
