The service is extremely poor, I relocated from Bangalore to noida. Most of my household goods- sofa, center table, study table, bed came in a broken condition. And the so called "insurance charges" is just a scam. Even after sending all the required details and pictures of damaged furniture, I never got the claims. It has been 10 months I am following up with ABDUL, he will only give you dates.

My bike got damaged while transport...it cost 12000 to repair. They didn't handle very well, wrapping of my bike was more inhuman, they rounded gear 90 degree totally destroyed my bike stand and gear . Back pillion handle got turned broken. Left side of bike has been dropped like million times by delivery persons. They didnt even care ,used like garbage. Main Handle got bend and broken. Petrol tank got crack and dislocated. Front side completely damaged. It's been 16 days no update for my recovery or insurance refund ( they included handling insurance incase damaged they will compensate but didn't happen). Safa Don't Take responsibilities to handle with care. Please Don't ever Take service ..... I am regretting to take service from safa.... My bad luck. My lovely bike totally got destroyed...

I contacted this packers to move out my stuff from banglore to trissur Mr.abdul asked to send the items video as they can't send the executive for the survey because of pandemic which i felt good of the them, they packed my goods and completed with laminating all the stuff and marked and complete shifting was professionally done and delivered my goods 2nd day of packing.
