Firstly, Jai Hind Packers and Movers breached my trust by not delivering on their promises. They do not engage themself in moving goods rather they engaged third party vendor. They made a commitment to me regarding the pick-up and delivery of my goods, but they failed to fulfill their promise because third party was not ready to deliver service. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and has put me in a difficult situation. Secondly, the safety of my goods was a big concern during the entire process because they engage third party; they do not have any hold on this. This kind of service will be more valnurable. Thirdly, Jai Hind Packers and Movers did not return my advance payment after canceling the deal due to their inability to deliver on their commitment. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me to lose 35% of deal. Fourthly, I reached out to the Assure Shift office to voice my concerns and was informed that they had blocked Jai Hind Packers and Movers. This only confirms my suspicion that they have a poor reputation and are not trustworthy. Fifthly, I have also come to know that Jai Hind Packers and Movers are operating from other parts of India. This is a clear indication that they do not have good business ethics and are not committed to providing quality services. Finally, I must say that Jai Hind Packers and Movers do not have good business spirit. Their lack of professionalism and poor service delivery is unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. In conclusion, I urge you not to engage in business with them.
