Worst experience ever. They are just cheaters. To pickup the parcel they came very quickly and once they took my parcel behaviour was changed. Most unprofessional person ever I have met. They didn't gave the tracker id even after paying completely. No response was getting for next two days. After that they called just to inform your freight charges has been increased. When I said I am not going to pay any extra penny now he said to take back your parcel and we will not return your money. I am not sure whether my parcel will be delivered or not

कोई गलती से भी आकृति PACKER & movers से अपना सामान बुक न करायें। हांलांकि शुरू मे इनकी बातचीत ठीक है पर मेरा सामान का बहुत नुक्सान हुआ। यहाँ तक गुम हुए सामान का Mr Mukesh Mishra जो की इस ट्रांसपोर्ट का मालिक भी है।शुरू मे बुकिंग के समय एक कर्मचारी बताया।स्लीपवेल के दोmattress ७८x ७२,cost rs 24हजार andसाथ मैं Radha कृष्ण की पेंटिंग जो की Rs ७ हजार की थी गुम कर दी. इसके अलावा मेरे बच्चों की पूरीbooksबरसात मे भीगने से ख़राब हो गई जिसमे बेशक़ीमती Grolier scientific learning kit जो कीRs75हजार की थी ,पूरी तरह से ख़राब हो गई,mrमुकेश २ -३ महीने तक गुम हुए सामान के लिए झूठ बोलता रहा कि आपका सामान गलत जगह चला गया मिलते ही भेजेगा जुलाई २१ से अब next जुलाई 22 आने वाली है। इसने अभीतक वो सामान नहीं भेजा। न ही गुम हुए सामान व ख़राब हुए सामान का हर्जाना दिया।बोलने पर अब बत्तमीजी से बात करता है.यहाँ तक की क्लेम के लिए proper documentभी नहीं दिए। जिसके चलते मेराdoubleनुक्सान हुआ। नुक्सान के साथ साथ बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव रहा.सामान का गुम होना शक जाहिर करता है कहीं ये जान बूझ कर या खुद ही सामान हड़प लेते हैं। NANDAN SINGH

Fraudsters
Don't book your luggage with Aakriti Packer & movers by any mistake. Although initially their conversation is fine, but my belongings were damaged a lot. Even Mr Mukesh who owns the transport of the lost luggage. Initially told an employee at the time of booking. Sleepwell's two mattress 78x72,cost24 thousand and I lost Radha Krishna's painting which was 7 thousand. Apart from this, the entire books of my children got spoiled due to getting wet in the rain, in which the valuable Grolier scientific learning kit which was worth Rs 75 thousand got completely spoiled, mr Mukesh kept lying for 2-3 months for the lost luggage that your luggage went to the wrong place , will send it as soon as it is received, from July 21, now next July 22 is going to come. It hasn't sent that stuff yet. Nor did he give damages for the lost goods and damaged goods. Now talks with Bat tamiji when he speaks. Even proper documents were not given for the claim. Due to which my double loss happened. bed experience.

NEVER HIRE AAKRUTI!! One of the worst experience. I had to relocate from Thane to Pune for which i hired Aakruti Packers after brief survey of items to be transported by Mr. Abhishek. But one night before movement I get a call from their office saying it cant be done in said quotation price. And nobody is ready to take responsibility as per some Mr. Mishra this happens all the time. Very unprofessional and pathetic reasoning by Aakruti team. And I had been following with them since 6 days with minimum amount paid in advance.
