Very bad costumer service, this company has hidden charges which are more than 50% of the cost in form of taxes, pickup and delivery. But they will not say the presence of extra charges when a customer call him. They will not inform the complete charges to the customer during the pick up. After receiving the vehicle and taking possession of the vehicle for transport they will inform about the extra charges and produce a bill higher than the estimate given the company. They also threaten the customer by having the possession of customer's vehicle. A friend of mine has already given a complaint in consumer protection council against this company.
