    Delayed service: took 17 days to deliver the load from Kolkata to Thane against promised time of 10 days max. I had to extend my leave just to receive their delivery No update and not responding to phone call: I had to call their number given on bill 15-20 times to get any update on my delivery. Their response so casual that "itna delay to hota hi hai", "Durga puja ka time hai" etc etc. Totally unprofessional. Damaged during transit: received my steel almirah with dent & scratches all over the body.
