1) Good service 2) Fake insurance policy amount, not giving insurance invoice. For 1 lakh premium insurance there is only INR 119 as per reliance invoice , they are taking INR 3000 . 3) Insurance is only for accident on vehicle transit not for loading and unloading damages. (Sharing our pathetic experience here) 4) Threating on life When we said we will go legally 5) Invoice number which Suvarna gave & the invoice number they added in the policy are different ( if something happen we cant claim anything) On 12th October 2022, I moved my household from Kochi to Bangalore. The service, packing, loading, and unloading everything was fine. However, I was cheated out of my insurance money. Initially, they said 1 lac insurance would cost INR 3900... However, after negotiations, they agreed to accept INR 3000, and I instructed them to give me all the insurance documents, including the invoice. On the same day, in the evening, they shared with me a copy of the insurance paper with the data, but there was no mention of the premium amount INR 3000 they collected from me. Whenever I request an invoice They said reliance won’t provide an insurance invoice, only the policy paper. I am shocked to hear this. Why a company called reliance is not providing insurance invoices? He also said that the insurance amount is mentioned in the Suvarna bill. i.e., INR 3000 (manually, not a digital bill). After unloading, I took 2 days to settle down, and I emailed Reliance General Insurance for the invoice. While submitting the policy details, Reliance had provided me the invoice. I WAS ASTONISHED TO LEARN THAT THE PRICE FOR PREMIUM INSURANCE IS ONLY INR 119 AND IN THAT THEY HAVE ONLY ADDED MY NAME REST ALL THE DETAILS THEY GAVE IN THE NAME OF SUVARA PACKERS (EMAIL ID AND CONTACT DETAILS ) SO THAT I WONT RECEIVE THE ORGINAL INVOIVE TO MY EMAIL ID OR CONTACT NUMBER. So, on the insurance part, they had cheated me while collecting INR 3000. Be cautious because we, the customers, must be vigilant about every penny we give, and the bill must be called in accordance with the law.I will attach the proof. (Bill of Suvarna, Insurance invoice, Reliance provided). They are threatening us while being harmful to us. And they were literally using very bad words and they challenged us on this. Everything they entered was error bill number added in the insurance invoice is different. Hereby am attaching the Suvarna receipt and insurance invoice which i directly collected from reliance. We kept everything to move by consumer protection, but that time they begged with us not to do that and they had refunded me INR 1200 instead of INR 2881 ( For taken insurance from packers & Mover we have to gave some % as they said . I ask them to take 1000 % and refund back the remaining 2000.When i asked the remaining amount again they started using very bad words .So please don’t trust them at all on insurance “Not trust Worthy”
