I felt terrible about moving a couple of years back, once I called the company they made me feel really comfortable. The gentleman on the phone sounded very professional and confident about what he was doing and since it was a 5 bedroom house that I we were moving out from — we scheduled an on site estimate. My move took 2 days to be completed. Obviously it was a lot of things that we have gathered over the years. I have a collection of small statues, ceramics and other miscellaneous items, that hold both a great significant and material value. When the estimator came, (I’m sorry I forgot his name) we looked through the entire house. Took about an hour. We have 3 kids living here, so stuff is everywhere. More than anything, a lot of anime figures and collectibles lol but he did get a clear picture what needed to get done. So the first day, we had 6 guys with a whole lot of boxes and bubble wrap come by. Took them a full day to pack everything once they got into the kitchen and my room, where I store my collection. I’ve got to say I was not sure they’re doing the right thing of how they pack until the end of my move. Nothing was broken, everything stayed in one piece, I mean not even a plate or glass! I was very impressed. Arzmovers teams worked as a team throughout the process. They prepared everything the day before. Wrapped all the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap. They wrapped all my paintings and TVs in to cardboard and bubble wrap. Everything looked so nicely packed! I remember moving into the house back in the day and it was a good move, but nothing as good compared to this. I have a very big sectional, it’s bulky and heavy, because of the recliner, but they guys grabbed it like nothing. They disassembled the beds on the move day, covered the box springs and mattresses. I can go all day listing what they did, but one thing for sure everything was top notch. The best part about everything is that they beat the time that was estimated to me. The packing day did take the full day, but the move was done 3 hours faster than anticipated!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better service! So happy that I hired ARZ Movers! I requested an estimate and they were super fast in getting back to me and following up with questions I had. The cost to move from a house to an apartment was very affordable. The movers showed up on time, went over the cost l, were respectful of my furniture and everything was wrapped extremely well. They were done with my move in 5 hours, and everything was cleaned up well. The cost was explained well beforehand, and when they were done there were no "hidden charges" like another moving company I had previously used. I was even given a note from the company owner, Ahmed, explaining if there is anything I notice afterwards that is a concern, to reach out to him. Wow! That is customer service! The idea of moving makes me wants to crawl back into bed and cancel the whole thing. I'm so thankful that I called Arz Movers by chance to get a quote. From the first phone call I knew this move was going to be different. For the first time in my life I was able to relax during the insane process of moving all the belongings in one house to another house.  The folks from Arz Movers were professional, polite, and worked at a pace I was very happy with. From setting up my moving date to the day of moving, ARZ Movers was extremely professional and reliable! I made an appointment online, received an email very quickly after setting up the time my movers would arrive as well as specifying details such as where they can park their truck upon arrival. On the day of move-in, I received a call from the drivers about an hour before they arrived! Very prompt. They helped me move based on a one-bedroom apartment, 3 people came with a truck. They charged a base rate moving size. My move was very close and quickly completed within a 4 hour block. My new apartment had a lot of difficulties with where to park, getting the elevator, etc. and they were super flexible with me and were communicative. In terms of security, they came with padded blankets and tape to securely fasten my bed, couch, desk, TV, etc. They were so quick and so reliable! I would highly recommend using them even if you have a short move. It saved me so much time and really gave me peace of mind. Shout out to Asghar and Ajmal! They were the best movers and so friendly!!

Once I filled out the form I then got a confirmation email that was filled with useful information. Very professional movers and great customer service. ARZ Movers just finished our move and it was as efficient and professional as it could be! Ahmed, and Asghar were absolutely amazing. We were doing a three stop move--my partner's apartment, mine (up one flight of stairs), and then our new spot (up two flights of stairs). I had never worked with movers before and really hate moving, period.... But this alleviated a lot of the difficulty. Even though it must have been exhausting to move the contents of two homes up to a third story apartment, they were super nice as well as consistent in their pace! From start to finish it was a smooth experience with no hiccups. Ahmed quoted me with a pretty accurate estimate when I called, and answered all my questions about what to expect. Initially I did balk at the cost (because phew, and I've never hired movers before) but honestly I feel it was absolutely worth it to save us from the most difficult part of moving--and because this truly is intensive, difficult labor that deserves to be compensated adequately. I've had a smooth experience with ARZ movers. I communicated over WhatsApp messages on what I need, got prompt responses with details and quotes. Had to adjust the move date, and they were ready to do it without any issues. The team was professional and polite when they arrived on time. They took all necessary measures to avoid damage (moving slowly when needed around corners, wrapping everything meticulously, etc.) They charged a fair price when I compared to other movers. I would recommend this team.

Asghar and Rafi were very professional and worked very hard in the hot sun. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving in UAE. Rafi and Asghar were very careful and loaded my furniture and fragile lamps and statues with the utmost care. everything was wrapped and fully protected and handled with care. We had a seriously great move with Arzmovers teams. Some highlights: I heard about Arzmovers before since my friends moved with them before and had only great things to say about. This is why I decided to use this moving company. Everything arrived perfectly intact, including my shiny upright piano. No surcharge for said piano, which isn’t exactly light. The guys were really nice to us, too! Fun to chat with, but they stayed focused. They worked fast and hard. They took the world’s shortest breaks, even for lunch! I would be collapsed from exhaustion and squished under a bookcase if I did what they did. They came equipped with wardrobe boxes, furniture pads, tape, Gatorade, everything. GREAT PRICING. We would definitely use them again. Now stop reading all these happy reviews and book them already!
