Very very bad experience with this company, I used this company to transfer my house hold items from Kolkata to Bengaluru and i received most of my items damaged. There is no any insurance/claim process here, even i paid extra money for insurance. They use 3rd party companies to transfer your items. Once they pick your items they will not receive your call. I have lodged a police complain for the fraud.

This has been the most seamless and careful packers and movers experience. They came and packed everything very carefully, and reached the destination within time. There were no need to follow up unnecessarily. Needless to say the items were delivered without a scratch on them. Excellent service and behaviour by Pankaj Bhayiyaa.
My sincere request - please never ever use the services of this company. Very unprofessional, change the rates when the luggage is in packed condition when you cant even say no, enormous delays in sending the stuff, condition in which cargo is delivered is horrible. Lot of items missing. Plus no method for claiming the refund. I have lost a lot by taking their services. Please please do not repeat their mistakes. Special mention for Mr Ranjit and Mr Rahul who are the most unprofessional people I have seen. Very disgusting.I gave 21000/- but still they don't sent my house hold items after 2month I take help of police then they return my goods but only refund 4k.please don't take their services

I noticed that the packing was a bit too much. I cannot complain because the things were secure but they could use a good amount of packing, not like over the board.
