From start to finish, the service delivery was marred by unprofessional behavior, unreasonable charges, a lack of receipts, and the glaring issue of missing items. First and foremost, the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the service staff was appalling. Their demeanor was rude, and they seemed disinterested in providing quality service. Their lack of respect and disregard for customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. To add insult to injury, I was shocked when I received an unexpectedly inflated bill. The service provider not only charged me for their inefficient work but also added unnecessary fees that were never mentioned during the initial agreement. I already requested them for the copy of insurance, but they jest avoiding me. This blatant attempt to extort extra money from me was both unethical and unacceptable. Furthermore, despite having made a full payment, I was denied a receipt. It is a basic expectation for any business to provide proper documentation for the services rendered and the associated charges. The refusal to provide a receipt raises serious concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of their operations. However, the most distressing aspect of this experience was the discovery that two items were missing from the my room. The Titan wristwatch worth Rs. 13K which was kept on the fridge and a tool kit which was used by labour during bed fittings, were nowhere to be found. It became evident that these items had been misplaced or wrongly handled by the laborers during the unpacking process. Their negligence and lack of attention to detail resulted in a significant loss for me. Overall, I strongly advise against engaging with this service provider. Their unprofessional behavior, unjustified charges, failure to provide receipts, and the loss of valuable items demonstrate a complete lack of integrity and reliability. It is essential to choose a reputable and trustworthy service provider that values customer satisfaction and maintains professionalism at all times.

Worst Service ever and don't recommend to anyone, during discussion they will tell some other price and once your goods will dispatch they will ask for extra payment. Such company should be shut down. They are very unprofessional after requesting again again they did not give my parcel due to which there is huge penalty on my sister . There is no customer care to whom to talk. Their delivery boys do not even care about your complaints. There is boy named Sachin (9687300212) he lied to us and charged us 3 times more and even after they threatened my sister that he will complaint to the police. From Beginning they kept cheating. For insurance they took 4000 and did not shared a copy of it. These kind of fraudulent company should be shut down. A humble request to you all readers pl don't use this site. they are cheaters they cant keep their commitment. what has happened to me should not happen with others.

Very very bad experience with this company, I used this company to transfer my house hold items from Kolkata to Bengaluru and i received most of my items damaged. There is no any insurance/claim process here, even i paid extra money for insurance. They use 3rd party companies to transfer your items. Once they pick your items they will not receive your call. I have lodged a police complain for the fraud.
I noticed that the packing was a bit too much. I cannot complain because the things were secure but they could use a good amount of packing, not like over the board.
The company has a good reputation to boast of and once you hire them, you realize why. They do everything in a very professional manner and the quality of their services justifies the fees charged by them.
