Not satisfying service, not picking phone calls and not providing tracking I'd of parcel. Full payment done but not responding.

I had a bad experience with BPM Transport Co. recently, used BPM for the household shifting from Delhi to Bangalore and during the delivery, both bed and two glass item delivered in damaged condition. After delivery, I started to take follow-up for the damage claim but unfortunately not received positive response from BPM team. than I decided to raise claim directly to the insurance company and surprisingly, it was found that the given insurance copy was the faked one. Now, it has been two months, I still coordinating with BPM team but BPM team is neither denying nor taking any action to reimburse the damage claim.
