The truck size was incorrectly appreciated by the sales rep Mr Rinku Bhadra. He recommended a very small truck of 10 feet. My luggage was pouring out of the truck when the packing was completed. The after payment services were very poor. For a truckload that consisted of about 90 items including some very heavy boxes, they sent only two men to labour out the heavy luggage and that included the Truck Driver. This was despite reminding Mr Rinku Bahdra at least 3 times that he needs to cater for laborious work once the items arrive from Secunderabad to Bengaluru. A loading that was to get completed in two hours took almost five hours. Seeing the plight of the two men, I had to myself move the luggage to lessen their burden. Further, my only two requests prior to hiring the services of this firm were that my luggage should not be shifted once it is loaded in front of me and second that I did not want anybody else's luggage to be combined with mine. On both these fronts, they broke my trust. And they did not even have the courage or courtesy to tell me that they were doing it. My luggage reached alright and that us just coincidental. These people can not be trusted for the service or word once the luggage is loaded and the money is paid.
